CERVICAL CANCER
Reported NRC Friday. The woman left in 2011 examining tissue from the cervix. That proved malignant, but the result remained unseen by the doctor. Only two years later the results surfaced by chance, but by then it was too late. The board has let the newspaper know the mistake ,, indefensible '' name.
The Healthcare Inspectorate (Inspectorate) has only this year informed the medical mistake.,, Too late, '' a spokeswoman says. Hospitals are required to report emergency namely directly to the Inspectorate.
