Satudarah boss arrested

Etten-LEUR-A boss of the motorcycle club Satudarah is Tuesday at the airport in Eindhoven held on suspicion of money laundering. The 51-year-old man from Etten-Leur, whose 34-year-old wife was also arrested, according to police, prominent member of the motorcycle club. The couple came back from a holiday.

The arrests are the result of research into suspicious money transactions by the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Netherlands police. From investigations in cooperation with the tax authorities showed the two had hardly income on paper, but there a luxury lifestyle on relevant today.

After the arrest was the home of the couple in Etten-Leur searched. Under the direction of the judge were at that house search new mobile phones, some dozens of ecstasy pills, a few thousand euros in cash and two expensive cars seized.
