Islamic extremists of the terrorist organization al-Shabaab have slain in northeastern Kenya six people.
The attack in Mandera in the extreme northeast of Kenya, near the Somali border.
A spokesman for al-Shabaab told Reuters that six Christians in Mandera to be killed. The city is often the target of attacks from Somalia. The spokesman said it is persisted in until Kenya withdraw its troops from the African peacekeeping force in Somalia.
The governor of Mandera said prevented by rapid intervention of the army and police could be that there were more deaths. He also said that it would appear is that al-Shabaab was behind the attack. The terrorists responsible for hundreds of deaths in the past three years in Kenya. Tourists have virtually ceased.
