The Public Prosecutor (OM) suspect has committed a foundation in Emmen fraud care budgets of detainees.
The foundation not declare care for people who did not use it because they were in prison. The fraud is estimated at several hundred thousand euros, made the OM Thursday.
The investigation by the Inspectorate of Social Affairs and Employment made Tuesday in Drenthe research addresses of the foundation and two directors and a client. Two sites were found in a total of ten guns, two stun guns and ammunition. It was seized two apartments, an office, two cars, a motorcycle and dozens of watches.
The secretary of the foundation has been arrested for possession of firearms. After questioning he was released.
