Researchers subjected toilet seats, knobs, faucets and door handles in the Netherlands to a test. The 1200 samples were examined include restaurants, hospitals, service stations and stations. Turned out 27 percent of the toilets' bacteriological clean.
Dirty seat
The toilet seat is a review "bad" in 42 percent of cases, the most polluted. The knob of the faucet was that in 36 percent of cases. In third place is the handle or knob of the flushing mechanism by 17 percent, while the handle 13 percent of the least polluted.
Ladies Toilets are cleaner than men's room, according to the study.
The survey was conducted for cleaning service management platform and the Tork brand. The most filthiest of the test were the toilets in public buildings such as town halls, sports facilities and stations. But 16 percent of the toilets were clean.
