De Telegraaf says financial director Jeroen Slop that no supporters of Ajax on 28 October will be present at De Kuip. There Ajax play in the third round of the Cup against Feyenoord for a place in the last sixteen.In 2009 Ajax and Feyenoord decided in consultation with the mayors of Amsterdam and Rotterdam to take any away fans for five years for mutual league matches. That period was then extended by another three years. Cup matches for the agreement in principle does not apply, but Feyenoord decided in January 2014 to see already from away fans.
Slop find the time is not ripe for Ajax supporters at De Kuip, partly because they are there in April last year, even for disturbances caused during the lost cup final against PEC Zwolle (5-1).
