Woman recognize late husband on horror photo packet

OUGRÉE-a Belgian woman got the shock of her life when she recently bought a pack of cigarettes. On the fearsome photo on the package recognized them her husband, who had died six years earlier to a stroke. Remarkably, claims a woman from Austria that it is right to her husband.

Both families are furious at the European Commission which, according to their unlawful uses of the photo. The deaths in their families had nothing to do with smoking, they say.

On the photo to see a man who is in a hospital bed to breathing machines. The Belgian family Nizet says to the news sheet to their deceased father Joseph. No one knows, however, how the photo has fallen at the Directorate-General for the health and food safety of the European Commission, that the photo has made to the Belgian Ministry of health.

In addition, the picture is totally unclear who actually created it. No one has photos taken when the man in coma in the hospital, says the family.

A month earlier claimed an Austrian widow about exactly the same photo that her late husband, Franz Wegerer. And that while her husband never had touched a cigarette, she told Austrian media. The woman took a lawyer in hand and plans the European Commission to court.

The European Commission denied, however, that to Mr. Wegerer went. It would go to a German who had given permission to use his picture on tobacco products. The Austrian Hospital where died Wegerer also denied that the photo was taken in their hospital. There is other equipment used than on the picture.

On the claim of the Belgian family, the European Commission has not yet responded.

From may there are also in Netherlands on new packs of cigarettes and shag terrifying photos of disorders that are caused by smoking.
